Dining Room / January 28, 2018 / Eva Cardwell.
If there is one essential element in the dining room, then it is without a doubt the table and chairs that we place around it. So when deciding what type of table we want for the dining room, there are many questions: What material should we use? For how many diners are we setting up? Which way to arrange it?
The style of table you have selected will directly impact on which chairs will work. For example, you'll often find that circular tables can accommodate far wider seats and even high backs will work well, wheres more angular designs often require compact chairs, as they'll have legs to contend with.
Wooden chairs, finished with a luxuriously quilted seat cushions, not only look pretty, they are fantastically comfortable as well, making them ideal for both formal and informal dining. The only aspect to be very careful about is the fabric covering the pads, as it will need to be washable. Nobody wants to deal with pesky pesto stains or tomato marks, long-term and family homes always seem to encounter spills.
White long table in this large open kitchen, decorated with fresh flowers in subtle colors create a very fresh and soothing dining ambiance. Lot of natural light in the entire hall adds to the openness of the dining area. You would love to see this yet another dining area dominated by white.
